    Fishing Cedar Key ,Florida

Taking a 3 day trip to Cedar Key ( middle of July ) As expected ,want to spend one of those days fihsing . Can I rent a boat there and expect to be able to find fish on my owe ( Namely pretty experienced on the East Coast of Fla.) ? Or should I look in to a physically guided trip ? Any secret defiantly spots you`re willing to give up will strongly be graciously accepted. Thanks for any and all help. Semper Fi , Scooter Tramp

It will be pretty tricky first time out, a guide would not be a bad idea but if you watch were you go and really watch the tides you may do OK. The thing is that a good guide will give you more time fishing rather than looking. You can always find them listed a www.outdoorsflorida.com or adverting in Florida Sportsman Magazine. Also if you come through the Bronson area there

it) it is like $1.85 at the convenience stores. I can find it at home and email you the title if you want to email me. There is also a good radio show 97.3 FM Saturday mornings from 6-8 AM
Good luck and have a good trip Pelican Pete webmaster www.outdoorsflorida.com
