salt water cats

Just catched our first fish of the season, got into a mess of salt water catfish in the waterway in upper SC, one a few pounds. Going back in the am to systematically sit on the boat in the marina (2 engines dead, repair man working on them, at a blinding snails pace) and hope to duplicate.

At last i`ve seen some people take them home to eat though

Caught a 25 pounder just south of Winyah Bay a few weeks ago. Fun to catch but the big ones don`t have much taste.
