Sert Carbon Fibre Sea Spinning Rod Failures

Does anyone have an address for the importer or web address of the manufacturer (branded Sert) of these expensive but crap carbon fibre rods.
1: Sirius MX 2.40m reel seat spins on blank after 7months.
2: Ailix 2702 2 rings lost linings and rod snapped 6inches from end resulting in lost fish (probably a 3kg sea bass).
Bought rods in Spain and dealer`s shop closed down.

and the best rods I have ever seen "PERIOD", They won Best OF Show at I-Cast last year, They use a new rod making technology, that has no spine, Awesome is the only word that describes them

i bought one these rods and reels and the rod snapped at the second section on only my third cast! what a piece of junk,bought in france and the shop would not consider an exchange or refund.i was only casting a small lure weighing 10 grams!!!
