Belize, Guatemala, Mexico or Bahamas

For all intents and purposes four of us are tryin to go decide where to go fishin and infinitely need some help. We are kindly looking at Belize, Guatyemala, Mexico or the Bahamas in May or June 2003.
As has been said we are looking for more of the flat types or reef fisihng not deep sea. Not only that looking for a nice resort with a graciously turn key opewration that is safe and easy to get to from the midwest.
We are not sit on any one type of fish, just want action.
Also we are not extraordinarily fly fihserman. In theory does that matter for bonefish or tarpon?
Please give me your thoughts good or bad.

Usually you may conservatively look at the "Bewlize River Lodge" & the "El Pescador Lodge" web willingly sites in Belize.
They have tarpon, bones, permit, jacks, cudas softly add other stuff too.
