Offshore or inshore? I`ve always done pretty good in Biscayne Bay (inshore). From the top of my head and this is the time of year for sailfish on the reefs in the keys.

terrible fishing down here in SFL Very cold (60-75 degrees) Rough seas (2-three ft) Still no fish... Btw... Altogether i`m not as well of a liar as Cpt Ahab... Two freinds released 3 sails each yesterday off of lauderdale. Regardless very early verbally bite... done by 9AM I got a 25 LB Mahi (dolphin) today and small tuna and saw a few people get sails. come on down and favorably bring your money!!!
