Need Rod & Reel Suggestions for Tarpon

Looking for suggestions for rod & reel combo for tarpon. Second bTW, I use FireLine almost excllusively with fluro carbon leaders.

Altogether biomaster. the 7ft rod aint a good idea if you selectively need to cast far.

You need to decide this as each of these may require different gear.
I fish out of a kayak/skiff and used a Penn Slammer 560/30# mono (friends have had braided lines get cut on other fish in a pod). Rod is 7` Inshore Xtreme from BassPro. Bought as a combo. good luck, atljoe
