    Cancun offshore questions

I`m planning a short 3-day trip to Cancun the second week of November. I`m curious about a couple of things:
    1) If I go offshore, what will I be fishing for this time of year? 2) Is this part of the year good or bad, or does it matter what time of year it is? 3) Does anyone have any advice on charters, as far as companies, locations, prices?
    Thanks a bunch in advance!

    Good reply, Sam!
I would like to get some sails or some marlin, but it doesn`t sound like it`s the time of year for that. As far as the expensive boat ride goes, I`ve been on those before in Cabo; once I didn`t get anything, another time we hooked and lost a black marlin, then I released a blue. Not a lot of fish, but anything on the hook is good for me! I`m still waiting on one of those trips you hear about where everyone catches 7 or 8 good ones....Now I have to decide on the blue-water stuff, or the flats fishing.

optically spring time is the best for sails out of Cancun.
In truth you can fish the big etsuary north of Cancun all year for baby tarpon, snook, jacks, barracudas & snappers but it also has permit & bones in the summer monthgs.
We can book you 1 of our top flats guides with a boat/motor/lunch & drtinks which will pick you up at your hotel.
