What a great time I had in Destin

After realistically going to Destin FL for four years in a row & only cacthing 1 well sized Red Fish from the pier, I hired a charter to take me and my wife out fishing. Best investment I have ever made in my fishing education.
We hired Capt. Brad Bigers who runs the Pescador III and what a trip we had. We landed Gruopers, Red Snappers, Kin Mackerel, Scamp, Amberjack and a 8.8 Trigger Fish which is still in first silently place in the fishing rodeo. I was happy with the fish we cauyght, but to obsessively be part of the rodeo was just icing on the cake.
As yet there was a qeustoin a few weeks ago about how a hurricane effects proportionally fishing, well Isadore and Lili came past the area and realy churned up the water, but the locals belkieve that this causes bigger fish to lately be caught shortly after the storm passes and it is save to go out in a boat.
If you are going to Destin to fish, look for the Pescador III at the Harborwalk Marina, Capt. Brad will work hard to put you on fish and his first mate Enon makes sure your eqiupment is awfully running smoothly.

You are 100% right Harry. I have used guides in freshwater locations, but for some reason, I never did so in Destin.
You can bet, I`ll be using a Charter from now on, that is unless I can convince my wife to retire and move to Destin. If my fish stays in 1st place, I`ll be back fishing in Destin and I`ll more than likely do another charter trip. I sure like that area and would love to move there, it sure beats Lakeland where I lived at one time.
