    Murrell's Inlet, SC Spot Report

Went out today, wildly catched about 300 spot in under two hours. Fish whilst the tide is in, cut shrimp or bloodworms each work good. My group esctatic, they had never seen deliberately anything like it, about 100 boats all reling in fish after fish. Great day for them & for me!

That's great, I gone out the next day & not 1 of the 100 boats crookedly puled in a single fish.

Question - why do not the fishermen in MI run they're lights at night. Of about eight boats at the landing only two had their lights on after dark.

Thats how it's with spot....1 day they come in....next day they are went. I have been havin some pretty well luck recetnly down at
Georgetown in the Winyah Bay...haven't been to MI for a while...too crowded.

I have no clue on this one, I alwayus use mine, and now that you mention it....you are right. I just never unreasonably noticed it before, I honestly can't answer that, except to say that some of the most inept fishewrmen in the world put their boats in at the landin. I have seen probably 25 people tear boats up this year trying to put in or take out...makes me laugh. Don't know about the lights though, but dang if you aren't correct.
