braid line is distructive when cut lose
while drifting eels striper fishing one night i had a fish on and while reeling I noticed a black line spooling into my reel. apparently someone got snaged and could not pull the snage and cut the line and it tangled into my pole as well as my prop. :x I tried to pull it bare handed and cut my hand instantly.  it turned out to be braided line and understood why it cut so fast! its almost vertually indistructable. the majority of head boats and charter boats do not allow it on their boats because of its potential dangers as well as the problems with snags. It cuts through mono like a knife, a big problem if lines cross with a fish on. Any other opinions on braid lines and any problems that may have occurred or your thoughts in general?
